While waiting for our Raasay whisky, we have crafted a lightly peated single malt, aptly called Raasay While We Wait, that offers a taste of what’s to come from our distillery.
This final edition of our While We Wait series has been matured in former Bourbon casks for five years, and finished in a mix of high quality first and second fill Tuscan red wine casks for 18 months, imparting a bounty of dark fruit flavours and character from the French oak.
