This is no ordinary Scotch Whisky,I have produced it the same as my Great Grandfather last did over 70 years ago.
An indulgent blend of an aged single grain whisky and eight individually selected aged single malt whiskies, with a high malt content (50% grain, 50% malt). In keeping with the original blend it has not been chill filtered and has been bottled at 46% alcohol by volume. This ensures a balanced, full bodied and full flavoured whisky with pronounced sweet, sherry notes.
Each of the nine whiskies in the blend is drawn from a single cask.
The Batches
Both batches are unique.
Batch One
(First bottled May 2010, dried up June 2011)
In batch one the single grain whisky is 10 years old, the eight single malt whiskies range from 10 years old to 21 years old. It contains Scotch Whisky from the Lowlands, Highlands, Speyside and Islay.

Batch Two
(First bottled June 2011, available now)
In batch two the same single grain whisky is 15 years old from a sherry butt. Seven of the eight single malts are from the same casks as batch 1 but a year older 12 years old to 21 years old. One of the malts in batch 2 is 14 years old from a different cask.
